We had problems with cooling in recent months in one of our rental properties. The tenant has complained to the air conditioner not working correctly. Â
My tech air conditioning has not been able to find any problem, however, tenant has not yet decided happy. check it out myself. There must be something causing the problem.  airflow appeared low, However, previous investigations showed that there were no leaks in lines A under the house.ie
I bought a "CEM DT-619 Thermo-anemometer" on e-bay for $ 100, to verify the amount of air flow output per file. This device is really great because it determines the amount of air flowing through pipes and temperature. Some programming is required to obtain measures accurate, but nothing complicated. Easy to use: Â
Step 1: Measure the airflow in the system at the filter inlet. The quantity of air entering the unit and air conditioning measured cubic feet per minute (CFM). Â
