What is an optical power meter?
People generally know the electronic multimeters can measure voltage, current and resistance. An optical power meter looks and works like a multimeter. It consists of a display unit and a calibrated sensor to measure the power transmission light in optical fibers.
Where to use?
Optical power meters are widely used in industry for Optical Fiber Communications. Generally comes in two types: the type of office and the type of hand.
