How do I edit a PDF file with Adobe Reader 8.0 using the electronic comment?
They sent me a PDF document which is supposed Comment on the use of electronic feedback function. I opened the PDF with Reader 8.0, but it does not seem to publishing capabilities. The directions said to Attachment 2 PDF files that must be examined from a perspective of the review. Corrections should be marked on the pdf by using the electronic surveillance. You may not edit a file PDF with Adobe Reader. This is why it is called "reader". It takes Adobe Acrobat to edit the file. PDF.
