How do I get my teeth white?
I currently use Crest Whitening Expressions toothpaste, Crest Pro-mouthwash health Toothbrush Oral-B Vitality Sonic and flossing. I do not smoke and never. I do not drink much pop dark and I do not drink more water. during the approximately 6 months, I was brushing 3 times a day. Once in the morning (after breakfast), once at mid-height of the day before going to work, and then right before I go to bed. often use a 2 times mouthwash morning, day and night. and flossing really that night. when I was younger I've touched on that night and never really white teeth. a couple of months, I used Crest whitening strips and after the kit was empty absoutly noticed no difference. I do not try using the peak thats what seemed to just happen. I used Colgate toothpaste last time and did not notice any difference when using different brands. You can give me some advice on what to do??
What type use Crest? Recently I started using Crest Whitestrips Whitening day + Tartar Protection. It is used once a day for 5 minutes and had a very visible effect. Compared to other comics that we've tried (including leading others), they had the best results. There is always the dentist too, but personally, I like going to the dentist!
