Professional Weather Station
I'll go through this process step by step, steps can be done in a day, weekend, or a combination of days before the final stage to the boat. I tendency to spend the week before to buy the supplies needed to perform this task.
- Where possible, always try to run the fuel run your boat at least 1 / 2 hours. This will ensure the fuel conditioner / stabilizer has made its way into system.

How can you have a moisture content is negative?
Both wunderground.com and my weather station professional show humidity negative for my city (Escondido, CA.) How is this possible?
This is probably the dew point ... the temperature of the atmosphere has cooled to the dew (or fog) of. Measured in degrees similar to the temperature which can drop below 0. I doubt it there was a technical problem from 2 reliable sources report negative values.
