Sensor Tester

1994 Mustang electrical?
Ok guys i'm having some issues on this 3.8L i'm working on.
Pulled out the radiator for some radiator cap repair and put it back in and hooked up the black box that serves as a relay for most of the stuff under the hood and turn the car back on but now the thing is i'm getting no activity from the radiator fan and not even the a/c compressor, put in a volt tester on the 60A fuse and not even one life sign from it.
When i do unplug the Temp sensor plug the fan turns on in a couple of seconds so to me the wires including the ground for the fan are ok but what puzzles me is why the fan and a/c fuse is not getting any current. Any help is welcome this is driving me crazy
By the way the relay box i'm talking about i bought a new one also and still the same problem lol
The fan won't normally turn on unless it's hits a certain temperature or the a/c is commanded on...
Disconnecting the temp sensor put it into a default mode that turned it on... my guess is it may not be getting a signal the a/c is on.. make sure you have all your connections back in place especially at the a/c high pressure switch that's on the passengers side if I remember the 94 mustang.
for ideas on the wiring try here:
http://autozone.com/az/cds/en_us/0900823d/80/1d/db/3c/0900823d801ddb3c/repairInfoPages.htm
So if you want to test the fan to make sure it's coming on when it's supposed to, let the car idle until it gets hot.. may take putting a blanket over the air intake to get it hot enough to kick the fans on (make sure you keep an eye on the gauge and shut down if it hits the L in Normal)
If it comes on, look for a a/c issue, if it doesn't a possible CCRM, wiring, or fan issue
